We had fun last week, gazing out at some pretty things that sprang up on Main Street in Montpelier. They were crafted from yarn, of course, and arrived just in time for the Art Walk. It was such a lovely day...perfect for flowers, leaves and anything colorful. We could not have asked for a better celebration of yarn and art...it was terrific.
We hope you will pause on your way about town to see it..and keep knitting and/or crocheting to make our world as cozy and beautiful a place as possible. Our crafts do literally keep folks warm, but they brighten and lighten our mood as well. What next? A bus blanket? A poncho for a cold statue? Look for other crafters on the web who have "yarn bombed" their locales. There are some amazing public displays out there. And happy knitting/crocheting/felting! Continue to spread the joy!
